Coming into Lima West to East, there are no warning signs that the village is coming up. No speed zone ahead sign, The speed zone goes from 55 to 30. They will give a ticket if you haven’t slowed to 30 by the 1st sign. They sit in the restaurant parking lot at the top of the hill, out of site. County Sheriffs will give tickets in the village limits. Maybe they don’t have a police dept? Just remember, no slow down time.

There is a speed limit change sign now but still be careful, it comes up fast. Lima does not have a police department.
