State Highway Rt. 9 near State Route
I see a State Trooper many many times tucked into the little street to the left of the Spencer town hall on Rt. 9- Main St. He park to the left of the town hall it’s self and will often find people slipping through a questionable light change or for any that might be going a tad bit over the low posted speed limit for that area.

This is one of the favorite spots for State Troopers, never really see a spencer officer.
