Dover PD recently has set up an enforcement zone for beach travelers! Just south of Dover AFB Main Gate they set up in the median where the highway crosses under the flight path at the entrance to a gravel pit. Heading South they will get you as you cross under the Main Gate overpass, heading north, they will get you as you round the curve just south of the base. Their jurisdiction has been extended to 1 mile south of the base. Beware!
