State Highway Rt644 near State Route Rt39 & 164
Coming up the hill heading west on Rt644 towards Kensington, you think you are out of town but you are not and he sits on the right in the ‘you store-you lock it’ looking both up and down the hill.
Coming from Kensington, he will be on the left at the ‘store it’ about 100yds inside the city limit sign.
