State Highway State Route 3 near 9th Avenue Street
The Tupper Lake Village Police use an unmarked black VW, (I believe), and park on the side of the main road entering the village for vehicles traveling East on route 3 coming into the village. The officer in the car will zap you after you have passed his car then radio other officers in marked cruiser that are parked in the catholic church parking lot with the vehicle description and the speed and "BANG" you’re busted!
