State Highway State Route 65 near W. Main Street
Cairo is no more than a blip on the map, there is probably not even 1000Ft of State Route 65 in the village. Cairo PD will stop you (and write a ticket!) for 2 MPH over the unrealisticly low speed of 35 MPH. Cairo gets most of its income from speeding tickets.

They have not had a police department for a few years. They police officers had almost stopped writing tickets and were giving out mostly warnings. The town didn't like the drop in revenue and fired the police. There is, very occasionally, a Sheriff's Deputy in town under contract, but they do not make traffic stops unless it is a big violation like reckless op.
