State Highway US431 near High Street
LEO sits behind a church and frequently clocks people coming and clocking vehicles going away from them. Speed jumps down from 55mph to 45mph and if you merge off going into the town of Petersburg, it drops all the way down to 30mph from 45mph. Right at about the 1.0 M.M south of the Lincoln/Marshall Co. line on US431.
