State Highway WV Rt 20 near State Highway WV Rt 20
This town is to small by WV law to use Radar for enforcement. If they say they clocked you with Radar, fight it. Also some of their patrolmen are ineligible to be law officers in WV. They did not apply to the acadamy on time and can never be certified in WV.
