State Hwy 17
The speeds are well posted but range from 45mph to 25mph on Hwy 17. The Hwy cuts through the center of town and residential areas. Out of state drivers must post bond at the local jail.

Given some of the excessively low speed limits on a number of their roads, sounds like the county in which Rhinelander lies may have a "Kangaroo Court."
