State Police will sit in the lot at Rt. 22 and Carsin’s Run.
They sit at the bottom of a steep hill. There is a sub shop directly across the street. The speed limit is 40 but less that 1/8 of a mile it goes to 50. This is an easy/convenient place for them to write citations.
