State Rd. and Copus Rd.
The officers park on State near Copus to nab people coming in and out of town as the speed limit changes from 40 to 55mph or vice versa. Tall grass and ungroomed ditches assist the officers in remaining concealed until you’re too late. Big money maker for the city and county as people in neighboring communities need to drive through the area to and from Meijer for groceries. The 40mph speed limit is very unnecessary and the flow of traffic is significantly faster in and out of town.
