State Route 100 near Blackstrap Road
On Route 100 (Portland Rd) in the area of Blackstrap Rd there is a small area of 35MPH near area businesses. Cumberland PD spends ALOT of time sitting in any business parking lot in this 35MPH zone. Be most careful after dark as they pull well off the road and use instant on radar. Its too late by the time you know they are there.
