State Route 102
Heading North on Rt. 102 (coming from Kankakee or Ritchie) heading into Wilmington be prepared for a speed trap. The limit changes from 50 to 35 quickly and there is often a speed trap there on the right where a police car is parked at the store or car dealership. Wilmington police are quite cool as a rule, however, you will get a ticket.
