State Route 104 near Bay Road
There are two "turnarounds" at each end of the Route 104 Irondequoit Bay bridge. State troopers are frequently monitoring with radar. The locations are somewhat visible, if you keep your eyes open. The bridge, and it’s approaches are straight, and fairly flat for almost a mile, so it’s very easy to get up a full head of steam. (speed limit is 55)
Also, there is an overhead crossing bridge at the east end of the Bay bridge that the troopers use for a "spotting" location. Be watchful!
