They do use radar. They hover around the intersection mentioned and also onto 150. The speed limit on 108 is fifty mph and, admittedly, there are two signs – one that says the speed limit will drop to 35 and then one announcing that it is 35MPH. I travel this road about once-twice a week and almost always see someone pulled over. It’s a small rural town. Although enforcement is constant and seems exploitive, I can’t say the limit is unrealisitic, it is realistic for the road. Thanks.
