This is absolutely true. They sit in the circle of the rotary facing Devens by Wendy's and keep an eye on the stop sign mostly. They have pulled over multiple drivers for not stopping at that stop sign by Wendy's. So Stop as the sign says. You need to stop for at least 3 seconds. Anything short to this you are running the stop sign. This has been going on for years. At one point I have to flash my lights at night as the police office kept his lights on and made it very difficult to see driving towards him on the rotary. He was polite and shut his lights off with no incident. So becareful for your own safetly.
