blend in with parked cars and catch speeders going thru Vaughnsville, OH

The speed limit here is 35 mph, you need to get a ticket if you're going 45mph+, and there's plenty of people doing that. This is a very residential area with kids walking and riding their bikes all over the place. Plus traffic turning south from state route 12 on to state route 115 has a hard time seeing both directions on 115 due to the curve coming in to town on the south side. Slow Down.
