State Route 13 near State Route 12 Intersection
I have seen the Felton Police sitting in an umarked Ford Explorer or Expedition, dark blue in color on the northbound side, north of town on Rt 13. He will be sitting there, with his turn signal on like he is trying to pull onto the highway. Instead when you get closer, you will recognize that he is holding a radar gun, and Will Pull You Over. This is entrapment at its worst!
