State Route 13 near State Route 28
The City of Elwood has several young cocky officers that run radar and will pull you over anywhere in town for going 5 over. Use caution in this city because they will pull you over for anything from a broken license plate light to what they State is excessive speed. The old timers in town will usually not write tickets, but the younger officers are hungry for arrest numbers, so be careful!
