State Route 14 near State Route 120
Squad car sits on opposite side of the route 14 exit to route 120 in the bushes. There are a few different spots he can see both directions of traffic because he is back far enough from the road that your headlights will not reflect off his car. It is usually a state police car. The nearest landmark is Deeters Restaurant, directly accross from Rose Farm Rd.
