Good day, I am a Chesterfield Resident, and to explain Yes this is a speed trap, It is your fault if you are issued you a ticket, they very rarely patrol as it is a part time department however if this is the center of the town there is a ball park, a skate park and the school or what was the school unitl 10 years ago is all right there, so please be careful also at the top of the hill is a bad intercetion that when you approach from the east (williamsburg side) you can't see the vehicles at the stop signs if they even stop. It is also posted two times before you get there the speed. As far as the second cruiser yes there is one the main cruiser is 10 years old and going to be retired soon... have fun and be safe.
