State Route 16 near Cedar Street
I’ve been ticketed multiple times traveling on Route 16 in and around the town of Douglas. The more rural part of route 16 heading toward the town of Webster is horrible. There are many hiking trails off this road and the police back down the trails with their lights off waiting for passing motorist. I drive this road daily and see them hiding or with someone pulled over almost every other day.
