State Route 16 near US Highway 1
Your turn off DE-1 which has a 55mph limit and almost immediately on entering Rt16 East you enter a 25mph zone as you are about to enter Ellendale. An unmarked police vehicle usually sits right after the 25mph posted sign on the right. It’s also a zero tolerance area so don’t expect any mercy from the police officer.
