State Route 17 Future 86 near Exit Number 65
Exit 65 off of Rt. 17 to Owego is a sort of "uphill" exit that leads you to a bridge to cross – either to the right or leFort But – the exit also goes straight, over the bridge (at a light) and then "downhill" so that you can drive right back onto Rt. 17. The police often hide on this "downhill" reentry ramp and cannot be seen at all.
