First off, Forest City is very small with buildings in typical NEPA style smack dab on the road with cars parked every which way. The roads are very curvey and a lot of people use 171, 247 and 296 to get to and from where they're going. FC cops are vigilant no doubt, they don't seem to have much patience for speeders but they do seem friendly and approachable as they sit constantly in the Turkey Hill lot at all hours.

This is a small community with Main St. being only 1 mi. long and there are no traffic signals. The speed limit is not "totally unrealistic" as there are residences along this route. At Turkey Hill lot there is a stop sign for 2 routes intersecting and a lot of people tend to run the stop sign which can cause a bad accident. It is a good place for the police to watch.
