Welcome to Concrete, a town completely financed by the vacationing tourist. God help you if you miss the first 35 MPH sign. No more than ten yards inside the town limits I had Johnny law on my butt like an unwanted zit. Thanks for the $200 ticket… I had to end my vacation early. Avoid Concrete like the plague.
