State Route 21 at State Route 162
Speed limit on 21 is 55. 21 is a four land road with moderate traffic. Speed limit should be 65 like other interstates in the area. State Trooper or Copley Police sit on the other side of the 162 bridge clocking southbound traffic. Once you’re over the bridge, it’s too late. (55 means 55, not anything more)
