State Route 21 near Interstate 76
Norton Police Department frequently wait for speeders to go above the posted 60 mph speed limit. Most speed limits are nearby freeways are 65 mph. They wait around bends and in dips in the freeway. Motorists are pulled over for going 5+ over the speed limit.

Look out too for an unmarked dark gray cruiser. They are always sitting in the medians along Route 21 past I-76 by the ODOT station all the way to Eastern Road. Not sure if it is legal to use unmarked cars to pull people over.
