Officer will sit in car on Wheatland Ave and clock cars going west bound on 210 freeway. Officer will get on freeway and catch up to you and have you exit and turn right on Osborne stop in front of condos and give you a ticket. I live in this area and hear the sirens and P.A squaks to exit freeway at least 10 times per day.
