State Route 27 near State Route 27/West into town of Elba
Signs not visibly posted cop came out of nowhere, singled out for out of state tags. Was not speeding but paid ticket anyway. Source of revenue for town…..

Someone doesn't know crap about Elba, AL. Hwy 27 doesn't come anywhere near Elba!! Enterprise, yes! In fact it runs right thru Enterprise but doesn't come near Elba! This is not a speedtrap in Elba, Alabama!
