State Route 28 near State Route 956
Where Rt 28 enters a straight stretch, a trooper will wait in the Frank’s Coffee parking lot. He’ll only be there after dark, after Frank’s has closed for the night. This is in a 40 mph stretch between 55 mph stretches. It’s also across the street from a bar.
