Sometimes it’s one car sitting in the median just north of Cedar Hills – it’s common for two cars to be sitting side-by-side with one facing south and the other facing north. There are no street lights, their lights are off. You can’t see them until you’re headlights hit them. They will be between Cedar Hills and Chillicothe. If you see one, count on seeing at least three more before you reach Chillicothe. They’re there almost everynight on my drive home from work.
