They sit on the ramp when you get on the highway from the fairgrounds. When u go past them you dont even see them. I really think the speed limits should be changed to 65 but anyways i was going 83. They will get you though even for going 65-68 depending on the officer. Ohh yea and if u get caught, the price is unimaginable and though i wont mention mine cuz i had to go to court but people have said that 100-200 dollars have been paid for the people that go 5-10 miles over. Just slow down there.
