State Route 30 near Stony Battery Road
A township police car or state trooper usually sit at the top of the westbound Rt 30 on ramp or park in the emergency lane on the Stony Battery Road bridge looking over the highway.

I have witnessed this so called trap several times. My question is as follows, Is the police car supposed to have at least the parking lights on? One time at night I almost ran into him as I was turning onto the ramp and he wasn't all the way off the shoulder.
