State Route 36 near Ball Field
Middletown and Highlands police sit in the driveway entrance to the ball field at the bottom of a hill. The speed limit is 45 which is hard to maintain. They are there day and night, year round.

This area is also a school zone when children are present, and the speed limit at that time is 35. It is clearly marked.
