State Route 4 near Blue Heron Lane
Speed limit changed Summer 2007. A new 45mph sign was posted well outside town, 0.4 mile south of the 30mph zone. North Berwick PD wait at bottom of hill on Button RD to catch people coming over the hill crest.

If there is a posted speed limit sign, and there is, it is not a trap. Pay attention to your driving and your surroundings, (as you are supposed to), and you will have no difficulty with speeding tickets.
