State Route 40
Going North on RT 40 into village of Argyle.Troopers and Sheriffs sit tucked in trees in the parking lot of the apartments on right side of road.Also sometimes in the Post Office parking lot.Also past the village on 197 they sit on left side of road parked in the laundromat.The speed is 30mph and the get you when you come up over the crest of the hill.
