State Route 40 near Interstate 70
Police sit just near the "turn around" near Hagerstown Honda. It’s right where Beaver Creek Road comes out near the dealerships. !ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT! If participating in a speed contest with another vehicle 😉 (esp fri and sat nights) a cop will be just on the off ramp from I 70 to 40. He will be in the shadows and very stealthed, however it is an optimal position to shoot radar and watch vehicles as they race.

there is also an undercover car that will come along in the summer time and try to challenge other drivers to race them right along here... i've had a few friends get tickets from this.
