State Route 404 near State Route 113
As you approach Georgetown (from either direction), the speed limit drops to 30 mph and there’s usually a police car waiting not far past the speed limit sign. It’s especially bad in the summer, but they do it year-round, all times (I’ve seen them out there at 1:00 am when we were the only two cars for miles around).

I have never seen them there. I have not only seen themn but been stopped by the Circle on Rt. 9, in Georgetown.
