State Route 46 near State Route 82
Usually hiding on the east side of the street in driveways and parking lots at almost any time of day. O.S.P. will pull you over even if you go through a yellow light and they happen to say it was a red light in the ticket giving you no break on the matter. They want you to go 40 and stop on a dime. I try hard to boycott this road.
