Since summer 2006, town police patrol hill near former hospital, enforcing 25mph speed limit once used when hospital was inhabited (pre-1984). Parking well off road out of line of sight, they are especially active between 4:30 and 5:30, including Saturdays and Sundays. Clearly writing many tickets, even though no one lives near the road in that area. This unfairness has been pointed out to them, but they persist and must be seeking revenue/ticket volume.
