State Route 7
Anytime you are traveling Route 7 south of Rutland, watch for some of his favorite hangouts. I have encountered him between Wallingford and South Wallingford and between South Wallingford and Danby on Route 7. Don’t be a statistic contributing to his perennial recognition as the most prolific ticket writer in the state!
