In reality there are several traps along this stretch of Route NJ 70, starting at the intersection of CR 530 & 70, there are several "indentations" in the Barrens that have been "carved out," specifically for the purpose of running radar. You will not see the cruisers until they are right behind you with their lights on, the last radar post prior to reaching CR 539 is right accross from the Army’s FTX complex, they will sit out in plain view in a large open area of the forest, but as you come around the hilly bend and if you are speeding, it’s all over but the signing.
