State Route 80 near Exit Number 42
East and West bound..Troopers sit in the turn around at the bottom of the hill, but there is a hiding spot on both sides midway up the hill. When traveling East it is hidden by a stand of trees, but you can see the trail by looking for the tire tracks worn through the grass.(Have to look in your mirror to see this one. )Same thing on the west bound side.
