State Route 83 near State Route 64
Heading Northbound on RT. 83 you will encounter police on foot ready to pull people over who exit the hwy early to get into the east bound turn lane to RT 64. (North Ave.) The early AM rush backs up before the turn lane and people ride the shoulder to skip traffic. They are waiting in the Jiffy Lube parking lot where they will have you pull in and wait for your ticket.
