State Route 9
As you proceed down Route 9 South just after passing from Croton-On-Hudson into Ossining, the speed limit drops from 55 to 30 as you go through town. Patrols like to park in between buildings, or at Mariandale or on side-streets to catch folks who haven’t quite slowed to the town limit of 30. They also like to get you for "rolling stops". Be sure to observe all stop signs!
