THIS one IS in Wappingers Falls and is subject to heavy speed enforcement by several different police agencies however the KIA dealership is long gone. Bottom line here is that anyone on Rt-9, north or southbound in the area of Wappingers Falls would be well advised to abide by the posted speed limits. My home is within a mile of this area and I see police from the Village of Wappingers Falls, the New York State Police and the Town of Poughkeepsie in this area on a regular basis. VERY regular and very successful! LOT'S of ink used in this area.
