State Route 905 near Interstate 805
Going towards Otay Mesa (East on 905) as soon as you pass the 805 merge. There is always a motorcycle cop hiding behind the bushes on the right shoulder. This guy easily stops 30 people a day, cool guy altough he will give you a ticket.
