State Route Alt.Rt. 28 near State Highway 28
As you turn on to Alt RT 28 the speed limit is 50 there are two signs on the road apox. 1 mile from each other then you come to a speed zone ahead sign then drop down a small hill at bottom is posted a 25 mph sign officer sets 1/4 mile in parking lot of the school across from Mulligan gun shop. does not have a clear shot with radar gun but will tell you you were doing 40mph in a 25mph. between 8:15 am & 11:00 am

Even if you are not speeding through Ridgeley, the cops will stop you anyway. I am 50 something and my daughter is 20 and we were going to a baby shower. I am well aware of the speed trap. The cop stopped us (I'm sure to get a look at what we looked like) and then asked if we needed help finding our way. If you aren't old and light, stay clear.
