State Route Nine near Parkerville Road
Went traveling Route 9 East in Southborough, a cruiser will almost always be parked in the parking lot of the florist. The florist is located directly after Parkerville Road. Cops are there all of the time, any time of the day, and will pull you over if you are going over 5 miles/hour over the posted limit of 50.

Note that the parking spot is no longer a florist, it is a GMC/Saab/Hummer dealership; they're still there however. But beware, you're coming over the top of a large hill and the posted limit is 50. You'll see an Eagle Leasing sign on your right just before you crest the hill.
